This change was announced 9/16/96, but the new file was not up-loaded until
10/7/96. The most significant changes are to V32015 (Marital status of
mother at time of individual's birth). See additional notes
for a more detailed description of changes.
These changes affect the 1968-1992 Individual file on the CD-ROM issued in
December 1995 and the version on the Internet issued in December 1995.
