CDS data were moved to PSID-CDS Data Center. ID68 and PN variables for child, PCG, and OCG reflect corrections since CDS-I data collection.

The Data Center now automatically merges CDS and PSID files into one downloadable file for you. Appropriate identification variables are also automatically included on the file, including ID68, Person Number, and yearly family Id.

Users working with files created prior to the data center migration may find the CDS1997 CASE_ID And PSID2001 ID68 AND PN Data Map file helpful in updating/merging current data.
